Yeah it was weird I got AIP on technically 25 September but didn't get the letter until 2nd October, but on 3rd October I was given my landing date.

I would call them up. I sent my application in March including the medicals and I received a letter last week giving me a date for my examination interview.

I'm just over 6 months at the moment and still waiting. I actually think now I hit the 6 months mark I am getting more and more inpatient :p

The timeline probably changed. When I looked at it a week or so ago it was around 30 days but it has gone up so they probably just have a lot more PR cards to do.

lol yep same here, had something from Ottawa to Burlington which took just over a week, my mum sent me something from London the day after and arrived the day before the letter from Ottawa :p

Probably July date as the AOR. And yes AOR = acknowledgement of receipt, from what I understand not everyone gets it. Mine I am updating for the date on the ecas system as to date they started...

Well according to what I have heard my application has been processing now for 3 months 3 weeks so have a while to go still.
