The cars themselves aren't dangerous, it's the people in 'em that are. But, you get eejits all over the world. I'd rather drive here in France than in the UK any day of the week. Or Italy, or Japan....

You don't need a CBT to ride a scooter in France if you're over 16. If you're under, then yes - you do.
