Thanks for the information.. Now I moved to India recently. Can someone reply with the procedure to obtain the same from India? Do I need to contact local passport office Or Police Station???

I moved to my home country after applying @ buffalo for Skilled worker category. Now I got Interview waived notice. It advised me to take medical examination with 60 days.
