Hi Dave, I mailed the Department asking question and they advised me to put my mum as the dependant and both receiving finaicial support from me.

Hi Dave

In the application, the main applicant is my dad and the dependant is my mum. But they both actutally depend on me e.g. food, rent...

And there is another question in the form 47A...

I am filling the form 47A for the dependant and there is a question number 3 asking for "Main visa applicant's file number"....

I don't think so, I have never been asked for this... probably related to the times you are oversea in different countries... this process takes a bit longer than normal check (which is Aus police...

I would suggest you to:
- Option1: go to immi website and have a read on the visa you are currently with. Information is fully provided.
- Option2: speak to a migration agent.

Working time is based on your visa.

If you are currently hold the 457, refer to the 457 condition on immi website. And on your visa, they state that you have "8107 work limitation", check your...

Correct, the commitment is from the employer to provide the job for 3 years, not from employee

I never got informed that I get a CO at Parramtta, just got approved. So don't be hassled with CO allocation to be informed, the allocation and approval can be on the same day
