They probably have thermal imagers, it's just they don't know how to use them, so slung them to the back of the kit cupboard. Qatar is like that.

My current car is a 406 V6, which I will keep until it starts to cost me money to repair. So far it's OK, but it's worth nothing but the scrap metal value ( about £85) The big problem with Peugeots'...
