Many thanks. Boy the timings on this vary alot! From less than 4 weeks to 10 weeks and I think they're all processed at the same place and during the same months. I don't get it...

Hi, I mean that latter, i.e. when 'landing' the customs officers at the airport will not process your 'goods to follow' list; it needs to be processed (at their downtown office) when you next return...

My - That IS fast! Was it mailed directly to you in Canada tho'? Ours has to come from CHC London to Immigration lawyer in Vancouver back to us in the UK so it'll take rather longer. Nice to know...

Yes he has always used a courier. Our fallback is to use son/neighbour's place as fall back in the event our house closes before we're in receipt of PR cards.
