It is possible for UK citizens to work in Europe, they need to meet the criteria, same as for any other country in the world.

As you are a citizen you can't touch your Super until Preservation Age. They can advise you on what age that would be. You can then access it from the UK either as a lump sum or a regular pension

Firstly, which visa are they sponsoring you for? There are both temporary (like 482) and permanent sponsored visas.. If its only for a few years that sounds like a 482 but please check.

DIBP is one of many now-outdated names for the immigration department. I think they are currently known as Department of Home Affairs (this week at least).

I don't think you'll find anyone on here...
