Our application was under CEC, we had our medicals Oct 2012. RPRF requested with copies of passport pages on 1st February 2013. They were submitted and received on 7th February. We are still waiting...

On Feb 1st we were asked for RPRF fees and copies of passport pages, and at that time we were unable to access ECAS. Maybe a week later we did have access and it was at 'Decision Made'.

I am sorry GC44, I carried out a search and it stands for Right of Permanent Resident Fee.. and COPR is Confirmation of Permanent Resident - but I am not sure if these two are interchangeable.

We asked the CIC Call center the other day when we had the PPR request how long for an appointment in Halifax, and we were told 6 weeks.. so the drive to the border is obviously the way to go.

Thanks nina, let's hope it is not 8 weeks. Our application went to Buffalo in February 2011 transferred to Ottawa November 2011, medicals were last October 2012.. and PPR and fee submitted Feb 7th....

Where were you asked to send hte PPR - Ottawa? it does put a different light on things, if you had been waiting 4 months, and then they ask for more information, this few weeks just happens to a few...

We paid our fees and submitted our passport page copies on 7th February by courier to Ottawa. We believe they were received no later than the 10th February.

It has now been over three weeks, and...

We were asked for our COPR fees and passports early in February, and they were sent by courier on the 7th Feb from the immigration consultant in Toronto to CPP Ottawa. We are now into the fourth week...

Thanks Wolstie, at least we won't have to wait however may months it takes for the actual PR Card.
The copies of passport pages etc were sent to CPP Ottawa on 8th Feb, and we are still waiting......

We were asked by Ottawa to send everything to CPP Ottawa. When we receive our COPR's.. and we go and do the flagpoling, I am assuming that you cannot work until you have your PR Cards in...

We were asked for the final fee and copies of passport pages a few weeks ago, and to send them to Ottawa.
