Buy a place and Join a house swap group and you can holiday anywhere in the world. You are not tied to one destination.

IMO renting is money down the drain unless short term to see if the area...

Its of little consequence now but you might consider having 2 passports if you travel in your business.

If you leave a couple of cards somewhere...

Tom it is what it is and no amount of questioning why this or that will resolve the problems.

An NIE is not the same as a UK NI number, to register Autonomos or an SL you will require much more...

Tom, IVA is 21%.

Equivalent autonomos in UK is definitely not 20% see what I have written above, you can google it to confirm.

Also look at segsocial site to find out more about autonomos...

£0 per week if you register stating you dont expect to earn more than £5885 a year.

£2.75 per week above that.

Bonus in UK is that register as self employed and get immediate access to housing...

This is usually because the owner continues to pays IBI and basura and not the tenant therefore there is a limit to any reduction.

The harsh reality of self employment in Spain is that you have to pay a minimum of Euros 260 a month autonomos (you can pay more if you want a bigger pension). IVA (VAT) is chargeable on all sales....
