Well I'm from Lincolnshire & the chippies there had 3 choices you had mushy peas with fish n chips. Curry sauce with sausage n chips & gravy with pie n chips.
Sometimes they served hard dried out...

Lol they're staying in Cleethorpes with Deb's parents. Everywhere is a long way down the A46 or the M180. They're going for Christmas so I'm guessing freezing temps & slush/snow:sneaky:
