All banks seem to be trying the same trick at the minute. 1st you get letter saying they will look into your complaint? you send them a second letter which they ignore :curse: and then you sue them...

Nice tip I didn't know that, might explain one of the reasons i struggle! it's when I smoke most-late at night when everyone else asleep and I'm not tired :frown:
