Have you guys considered the DFW area? Fidelity is headquartered here in Westlake. American Airlines are here, along with DFW Airport, Love Field and FEDEX has a main aviation hub at Alliance...

Exactly. It all seems a bit wishy-washy to me, but when I did my test I used my wifes car and her insurance - I was not named on the policy. The State Trooper who I did my test with didn't think...

When the amber/yellow light is flashing you have to give way (yield) to pedestrians already on the crossing.....or something like that. It will then change to green after a few seconds.

Interesting. I just looked out my police report and it states that I was cautioned for "possession of a class B controlled substance," so I fail to see how that could not be classed as an offense...

I was cautioned for position when I was 19. I applied for my B-2, 7 years later. The only annotation on my B-2 said something along the lines of: "applicant not 1A4 ineligable" or something...

Texas does seem pretty free and easy with it's driving licenses. It even issues licenses valid for 6 years, regardless I-94/visa expiration - at least that's what i was told by my local DPS office .
