Why you guys sending docs to Dubai? Also you don't need to send passports now. Only send the docs that they request in email. Once you got visa, then they will ask to send passport.

Yes you are right, IELTS is not mandatory. Dont go for it unless you are having bad communication skills. :) Just provide some doc/certificate from your uni.
