There is no First Class section within an Air NZ Lounge. Mainly because as an airline they do not operate a first class cabin product. Business, PE and economy. The Sydney Lounge is pretty good...

Depends on the rules for the fare type purchased. Generally the cheaper the fare bucket the more restrictive and penalties apply for changes. There is no blanket policy for either airline.

Ah - Yes. Brisbane to BKK has a decent plane. However, BKK to London has some of the roughest 747's still on the route. No seat back TV in economy would make for a very long flight me thinks.

No. The US Dividend miles cost is as per their own charts for *A partners. South Pacific to Europe is 120,000. You are using Aeroplan to check availability only on the *A network, not using Aeroplan...
