Have you looked into going to Australia for delivery? That would mean that the baby would bet automatic Australian citizenship(as you both hold PR).

I agree with what Uzi has said ...... plus, you can do medical and PCC only when you have a TRN number, which will be allocated to you AFTER you lodge your application and pay the required fee

You just have to give the IELTS trf number in your visa application. In place of address, give your own mailing address. You want your IELTS result to be mailed to yourself.

I've heard that if the applications is Invalid when lodged, the visa fee is refunded. I dont know for sure though, hopefully someone else will clear this up.

After you have lived in regional area for 2 years, apply for your PR visa. At that time, you would need to show evidence to prove that you HAVE infact been living there for 2 years, and been working...

I assume you are talking about the "work experience assessment".
EA has a form on their website, that you have to fill in. With that, send your CV, experience letter, and all job supporting documents...
