Cancelling Alojamento local

We sold our apartment in December, but need to cancel the alojamento local.

It was originally issued by vila do bispo camara. I have been in contact with them, but there not being very helpful....

we are on a 2 year deal that ends in April. I wont be back in Portugal till may/june.
