The countries left to open are: Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden..and of course, the UK. So basically the Eurovision song contest.

The UK doesn't have a co-op term agreement with Canada like Germany does. So hopefully it doesn't apply to the UK since we only have the IEC visas whereas Germany has IEC, Co-op and young...
