I went to one in 2008 at McHale's in Tega Cay, but haven't been to any since. He used to organize a Brit team at the old Big Ben's quiz night too...before it burned down.

I'm in S. Charlotte too. I've met Reg Davies a couple of times and he seems like a really nice bloke, but I have no idea whether or not he's a good CPA so I can't help you there.

I mailed off my N-400 on April 15th, had biometrics on May 7th (did an early walk-in), interview on July 18th and my oath ceremony one week later - yesterday! :D

This was the Charlotte, NC office.

Pulaski has pretty much said all that needs to be said. I don't have kids so I can't offer any advice regarding schools etc. but I've been a resident of south Charlotte for almost five years and love...

Yes, but the B2 visa is predominantly a tourist visa for people not eligible to use the VWP. You are.

Home ownership, a job (a job offer is not the same), a wife and children awaiting your return...those kinds of things are 'strong' ties to the UK.

The CO will be looking for strong ties, not just...

Personally Glo, I don't think you have strong enough ties to the UK and that's why the visa will likely be denied.

Even if the OP did get the visa it doesn't guarantee her entry. She's spent a lot of time in the US recently and 'traveling back and forth' in her own words. She may not get beyond the POE.
