no you are right i meant the monastery, and the treasury which is the first one. you were allowed to stand on the top, also climbed up the mountain opposite it too.

we walked up the mountain and over it to the citadel no donkeys for us, you were actually allowed to climb inside them and on the top, its massive, we have pictures of us standing on the top next to...

yeh i went there like 20 odd years ago too... only few tiny hotels, not like it is now. there are many hotels now right by the entrance.

they give you back the vat because you are taking the goods outside of the country, car hire is a service within the country

yep thats what i thought, i have done that before with the likes of m&s, its only for phsyical goods, goods bought on line etc are not included for example and only for a certain amount.

nope, tiler they employ them here for not alot of money from sub contient, bank well maybe but quite often they want arabic etc. just need to see when you get here.

its not compulsory but thats what the rental commitee stated when asked beforehand, obviously its a pain so i would say just do when you vacate etc.

yeh if you paint it another colour, and especially a dark shade ie it takes a few coats of paint to go back to neutral then you will be charged more.

a lot of people wait out the probation period, but it depends on each family, if you have kids then you will want to put them into school at the beginning of term, if you dont then its best to wait.
