The Walgreens where I am in the USA has NOT trained its assistants to take British passport-size photos. They only do American photos.

There is no machine in Walgreens either - or come to that...

The tip on an average meal in the USA seems to be anything from 2 to 5 cents, depending on the service.

One of the most frustrating things is to try and get the automated voices that give instructions on the phones in America to understand my British accent.

I end up either talking VERY loudly down...

Can Member MATT HAGUE please tell me what he submitted for his renewal passport photo and whether his photos were accepted by the British Embassy in Washington DC?
