If you were definitely on a green arrow (protected left turn) the opposing traffic will always be on a red. Depending on the way the signal is configured for through traffic, either a yellow arrow...

I used cigna global. Was "signed up" for 12 mths but paid monthly and cancelled after the first month. There were no issues with cancelling, i found the cigna global contacts very helpful.

We used Airsupply from Heathrow to Colorado - pretty easy and cost between £500-600. I think the specific requirements of vaccinations etc vary depending on State so you might want to check that out.
