Sorry, but when I telephoned Royal Mail, I was able to renew for another 12 months.

Update: I telephoned them again a few minutes ago to check if they'd received the fax but the altogether more helpful call centre operator went straight into renewing it for the next 12 months....

Thanks. I telephoned the number on the "Your redirection is coming to an end..." letter and they said that if I send a fax to them explaining why I need to renew it then they'll "see what they can...

How time flies! Has anyone managed to renew with Royal Mail beyond two years?
