Yup, that looks like it. Edmonton had snow in the forecast for this weekend too. Oh and 60% chance of flurries for Fri the 26th of April.

We had good jobs. Smaller mortgage. Family close by. Content enough. But we looked around and said, "Wow, Edmonton. Is this it for life then?"

Yeah, they're all getting to the end of the tether now with the snow just starting to melt. The posts on fb from frustrated Albertans have been amusing. "Where is spring already OMFG...aaaaaargh"...

That's why 1/3 of Quebec ends up in Florida for the winter. My aunt and uncle even used to have a condo in Fort Lauderdale.

We're a Canadian family who have been in Perth for almost four years. We're originally from Edmonton.

I agree with all of the other PPs that you have to really consider your motivations...
