Sadly recent events in Pakistan, Syria, Nigeria, Australia and other countries show we have a very high tolerance for murder if religion is involved. :(

I wouldn't expect exactly the same response. In the U.S. and Canada 34% and 57% of people report religion isn't important in day to day life. In New Zealand that figure is 66%, UK 73% and progressive...
