shop around for insurance, axa or rsa are the better ones.
mot - once a car is 3 years old it has a test done at the rta.
no road tax as such but you have to re-register each year.

you could go and try motorworld up by the airport all the second hand dealers have been moved there, otherwise the only one in town is down by mina next to ad coop mina center and toyrus etc. they...
