re: Chat for and with Canadian Family Practitioners/ex UK General Practitioners

But message me the specifics again and Stinky and I will get back to you, if he hasn't...

re: Chat for and with Canadian Family Practitioners/ex UK General Practitioners

re: Chat for and with Canadian Family Practitioners/ex UK General Practitioners

I think some of what you say is true but not the above. The "well, infrequent attenders" do not pay well, it is the complex elderly who pay the bills. In fact the more conditions, the more...

re: Chat for and with Canadian Family Practitioners/ex UK General Practitioners

Most of this makes sense too, so maybe passive investment should be taxed but I still think active investment should be allowed- even in a different business if generating employment.
Re risk- that...

re: Chat for and with Canadian Family Practitioners/ex UK General Practitioners

This is interesting and why we need accountants! Thanks for explaining it clearly.
Everyone I've spoken to about this thinks the opposite.
But again, if we are only deferring tax, not avoiding but...

re: Chat for and with Canadian Family Practitioners/ex UK General Practitioners

So much prejudice above!
NO-ONE has done anything wrong- even JT admitted that this week ( not doubt begrudgingly).

re: Chat for and with Canadian Family Practitioners/ex UK General Practitioners

It's a billing code , we were being paid to take on " in need" patients eg elderly, high needs patients,mums/ newborns. It seemed to be working well, encouraging us to squeeze a few extra in!!!

re: Chat for and with Canadian Family Practitioners/ex UK General Practitioners

Lol!
Actually from a managerial point of view the best news is the lack of expensive admin staff that we had in the UK.
From a staff level of 20-30 - who knows they seemed to increase daily in the...

re: Chat for and with Canadian Family Practitioners/ex UK General Practitioners

re: Chat for and with Canadian Family Practitioners/ex UK General Practitioners
