If the system works GPS metering to work out the cost expect to travel from Calingute to Baga via Mapsua and Arpora.....they need to send a delegation to the Hackney Cab Association here in London to...

They have also announced they are going on strike but will anybody notice ? Does this only apply to Yellow and black cabs ? Tourist cabs ?
