I once saw a dropbear drop on a shark that had sneaked up the beach after an unassuming newcomer to Perth - the mess was horrendous! :rofl:

I know this because i have access to national and international crime statistics as part of my (soon to be ex) job. The figures I quoted are the official BOSCAR and Home Office stats.

Yes I guess but then by the same token most of the UK has a considerably higher burglary rate than NSW - and the point I was making was that Australia does not have the "worst burglary in the western...

You need to put those statistics into perspective. In the UK crime is measured in rate per thousand so 1 in 200,000 would be like 0.005 people per thousand. What is that statistic measuring? ...
