Up to $3.959 at some stations here in Southern Ohio this weekend.

Thankfully at least a couple of days a week the 'South Point Price War' is still in full swing and I picked it up for $3.049 on...

$3.149 at Speedway in Ashland KY, another 6c off with Speedy card for a final price of $3.089. Not seen those prices for a long time!

Still $3.399 over the river in southern Ohio.

Still $3.42 in southern Ohio, filled up at $3.16 in Grayson KY on a trip to CVG airport yesterday. Saw it as low as $3.03 close to i275.

Gone up from 3.35 to 3.45 in the last couple of days in southern OH.

Those of you collecting BP reward cards remember that the last day to obtain them is March 1st!

Still $2.75 in southern OH. Across the bridge in Eastern KY it's 5c cheaper.

I don't mind gas going up because normally (and it's true this week) it means the exchange rate is up....which I like cos I'm getting ready to transfer money either tomorrow or early next week.

Unleaded prices have not moved here for over 2 weeks now, consistently between $1.849 and $1.899 depending on which gas station you go to.

Most still at $2 now...some came back to $1.90. I need to pop over the bridge to KY to see if it's cheaper there (usually 10c cheaper).

Took a trip to Lexington KY yesterday, filled up at $1.649 whilst there, then saw it at $1.599 on the way back.

DOH! Was $1.59 last week, went up to $1.79 by the time I needed to fuel up....now back down to $1.65..... :huh:

I've been using this gadget - drove around the 'cheapest' few local fuel stations today and not one of them was within 10c of the supposed price.....back to the drawing board then.....

It went up 20c here yesterday too, from $1.59 to $1.79. Not sure what brought that on.

Found unleaded at $1.599 in town today....shame I filled up yesterday at 10c more!

Took the rental car back to CVG airport today, unleaded was $1.559 just off I-275.

Still $1.699 in town back home though.

Someone told me you can get 6 cents a gallon off with some reward cards like Speedy (Speedway). Is that correct? And which vendors give you the most off?

Still about $1.68 here.

If petrol comes back down to the 97c it was when I first visited the US in '99, I'll think about it.
