I'd prefer not to invest in any bonds at this stage...probably when we first applied the amount we would have to invest was about £42,000 because of gaining strength on the Aussie dollar this would...

Anything I can do to help! I'll also be writing to Senator Chris Evans again soon....States started pulling out of the Bond scheme a year ago and here we still are!!! I think we've all been punished...

We had the same request for our reference number too - I think the Ombudsman will be trying their best for us, at least we know someone else is asking questions of the department on our behalf....it...

I would lodge independantly, each case gets a unique reference greater the number of complaints all adds weight to the case. Are your 20 people affected from a different thread?

The best thing is to raise a complaint with the Commonwealth Ombudsman (as has already been suggested) there is a lady there called Tracey Waters who is co-ordinating all our cases and is holding...

Hang in there folks we all met the criteria for skilled migration when we applied, it just wouldn't make any sense whatsoever to ignore that fact for too long considering the department has increased...
