It's probably best to call them and ask then, as your receipt is similar to mine (and the payment went through).

Have you tried logging in to check your application status (which should include your payment receipt)? They've maybe rejected the payment if the card didn't match the name on the application???

The automated email confirmation generated when you submitted your application should have an email address to mail the attachments to as an alternative to uploading them.
