We were thinking about renting it out but financially we'd probably struggle without the equity in the house. We'll get there eventually :eek:

Hi Mary, You've probably posted the answer to this question somewhere but what date do you fly? Were going 14 Nov but it will be return trip cos we haven't had any luck selling the house :(

Glad your looking on the positive side Jayne.
We visited Oz in Oct last year & were very surprised at how cold it was :eek:
We didn't take any warm clothes with us either so had to go out & buy...

Hi Liz.
We're still trying to sell our house back here in the UK :( but if you look on the barbie thread they quite often have meet ups in Kings Park, they are usually every couple of weeks....

If your wanting to live near to were you work the Kelmscott hills are nice. Heard a few dodgy things about Armadale but i'm not there yet so not an expert. Visited last October & it looked OKish !!

How long do they estimate for completing your build? My sister waited 2 years! :eek: for hers to be built, but it was up in the hills in Roleystone. Not sure if that makes a difference?

A friend of ours went out 3 years ago when their daughter would have then been in reception. As she was well advanced for the reception class they put her up to the next year so she could carry on...

Had Kennedys out today. We are with PDQ in Ormskirk at the moment but haven't had any interest with them :(
Kennedys have said its not overpriced its just the market :( :(
