Even if such a book were up dated annually, it would still be out of date. There are literally thousands of changes to migration law and regulations made by either parliament or the minister each...

Generally, the people who get a refusal had no idea they were likely to be refused. An agent would have. A refusal means loss of the fee and a potential ban from reapplying
