I have had no regrets coming to oz, job is just the same crap and issues, but its a great country and superp weather. My only advice is don't come thinking the job will be better, come for the life...

Work load here is no were near as busy as in the uk. You lose all your major skills, intubation, IO, chest decompression, drugs etc but who cares, came here purley for the life outside of work and...
