Sorry, I misunderstood, as your thread asked about English language tests. If you speak decent French (A Level standard or above), then TEF scores would get you extra points so yes, do take that as...

Your only option is IELTS, CELPIP isn't available in the UK.

No need to do it more than once unless you don't score enough, in which case you could retake it.
