In which case I think your FSW points might be wrong? Assuming the following -

24 for language (assuming 'little French' doesn't mean A Level or above, so no points for that)
21 for education...

That's very high for a CRS score of 383, are you sure your CRS score isn't higher?

Top tip: you can look at a forum members previous posts by clicking on their username. It seems the OP didn't use any consultant (various posts from him asking about questions on the forms).

It is, just as easy. They just do telephone consults instead, and give you a list of what you need to obtain etc, which you then scan and email to them, but you'd probably have to do that with a UK...

Any particular reason they need to be in the UK? Most people do without using a consultant, unless you have complicated circumstances like a criminal history or medical issues it shouldn't be...
