That would be my understanding too. I'd assume she'd come under the F3 category in the visa bulletin above.

But hopefully others will chime in before long and let us know if we're wrong. :)

I think your wife will have to reapply, but the forum pros will be able to advise better. You've not actually said, so just to confirm - does her father live in the US?
