It certainly isn't as good as it was. There used to be a reasonable level of truth about it, but its sliding downhill now - ignoring basic facts, as you say.

The clue is right up there with the headline isn't it, one can't migrate on a 457, its a temporary visa..... ( as we frequently warn people :rolleyes: ). And with his age against him thats all it was...
