Many Brits just use Amazon for books now, as its cheaper, but Waterstones are still going strong as a chain, as are Hatchards. Not sure where you are but my old employers (Waterstones) have numerous...

He does NOT have to renounce anything. He can be a dual citizen and hold both passports.
By the sound of what you have posted here there is no problem with him getting full rights to live and work...

No one can be forced to sign a DNR.

Its a totally personal decision and the most the NHS can do is make people aware that the idea of a DNR exists, which is fair enough as many people are unaware...

Last time I went back I stood outside in the rain at Heathrow, oblivious to the fact I was getting wet, and just LOVING it - so brown and dry over here I can't wait to be home again.

Same as here (queensland, Aus) there is no way to predict the sudden deluge, if its a one in 100/200 year flood you can't kniw where/ when it will impact because the landscape has changed so much.
