Eczema likewise varies from person to person. betnovate has never been any good for me, worse than useless. Oily baths are wonderful but I can't get the oil on prescription even though it would ease...

He does NOT have to renounce anything. He can be a dual citizen and hold both passports.

No one can be forced to sign a DNR.

Its a totally personal decision and the most the NHS can do is make people aware that the idea of a DNR exists, which is fair enough as many people are unaware...

Same as here (queensland, Aus) there is no way to predict the sudden deluge, if its a one in 100/200 year flood you can't kniw where/ when it will impact because the landscape has changed so much.
