Hi all,

A couple of the Mods have realised that this thread is now getting so large that it is taking an age to load for those on dialup, and is getting generally a bit confusing and rather hard...

Looks like you submitted Meds and everything unrequested. In that case no-one would've needed to get in touch with you until the actual visa grant :)

Depends where the application is lodged, and are you talking about temp spouse or the PR stage :)

They have to treat every case differently because every case IS different. Its the process ofn examining all the parts of the application which takes the time, and remember a case officer could be...

That's why it's automated,to stop people wanting updates from contacting the case officers direct :) Its like the sort of out-of-office reply you get when people are away, just a message updated once...

Think you'll find that's just spin by the way, you can't jump the queue just by using an agent.

Sounds like yours is an onshore spouse visa? What visa are you on at present?
Most of the guys on this thread are applying for offshore skills visas.
If it is a spouse visa, have a look through...
