12 months ago when we got between 2.18 and 2.09 for the house money as it was falling, we thought we had done bad. Thank goodness we didn't hold on.

Wow, just saw it has dropped to 1.71 !!!!

When we did our last transfer to buy our house 12 months ago we got 2.09, which we thought was bad...but thank God we did it when we did.

So looks like I was right to buy our house at what I thought was a poor 2.15 - 2.18 earlier in the year. Shockin' now!
