Its a clever way of managing the supply of properties that come onto the market. That said I am so glad I didnt buy anything at JBR !! Could be stuck with a unit in there for a long time.

No it sold originally, was owned by a private investor but was offered at a premium on the resale market. Trident do the same, you buy from them but they will also act as your agent should you wish...
