We have just walked to our fav coffee shop in the high street, it's a lovely clear autominius morning....my fav time of the year.

Last week it was 22 as we were in Lanzarote for the new year, this morning in Wilmslow it's all white and frosty with clear blue skies and -0.5 😯 but it looks lovely.

Woke up this morning its very light at 6.30am hung out some washing, there is not a cloud in the sky, birds are singing away, just noticed the blossom is coming out on one of our trees....a lovely...

Its a clear but windy 10.5 here in Derbyshire but I have "rugged" up and I am off to the local produce market where I believe they are selling home made "mead" and mulled wine which is a VERY nice...

Past few days have been crisp, bright days, today winter returned with snow...still the mornings and evenings are gettting lighter.

Heavy Snow, last night we had a Thunder and Lightening storm but instead of rain we had snow lol....I have my snow boots on and will be trudging down to the High Street for a cup of hot chocolate,...

Our Dafs etc are showing through the snow lol, Spring is on its way, light nights etc all good things to look forward to.

I just remember everywhere ie work,shopping centres, movies always having the air con on and wrapping up because of that then stepping outside and in an instant the heat hit you, the sleepless nights...

I feel the same, I enjoyed early Spring and late Autumn in Perth, I did not mind the rain in Winter but I did not enjoy the Summer.

Our home in Perth in the Winter was colder than our home here in the UK in Winter lol, we use to say Double Glazing and central heating was needed to our friends back in the UK...they use to think we...

We have lol....we missed the ice and snow in Perth (seasons) so we use to go to Canberra in July and go Skiing/Snow Boarding....our fav place was Perisher Blue.

Just above 0 (we are in the Peaks) there is a light covering of snow, blue skies and the robbins are chirping merily on the bird seed.....off to a country pub with a real fire this...

I remember our Christmas tree in Aus never looked the same in the very bright sunlight, its a frosty morning here today, clear blue skies, its lovely to have this time of year....well for us anyway

Its 4 at 6.33pm :ohmy: at the moment lol but the Mulled Wine and Christmas Markets takes your mind off it and also helps gets you in the Christmas mood.
