Yeah , you're right. bit long-winded- bin in France too long. Erase that Miss Jones. What it means is, estate agents are STILL promoting off-plan ....and giving out blanket disclaimers..................

Last time I saw Dubai was in 1998 and IT was knee-high to a grasshopper-not me. Now I live in France but am hoping to invest in Dubai because I still have hopes for it long-term.

Hate to be pedantic, but shouldn't it be `If there WERE a property crash in Dubai'? -It's a hypothetical second conditional.
