Aside from the regular kind of delays in filling out forms and waiting for stuff to be sent from UK, the lawyers wanted to get everything ready that would be needed at I-140 filing time before they...

No. It was filed September 11 2013 and approved April 10 2014. 7 months.

Not had medicals yet. I'm having problems obtaining copies of my vaccination records. Nowhere seems to have them. Think I'll either get titre test or just get them all done again.

Just had email from lawyers telling us what we need to get together, passports, birth certs, marriage certs etc. Looks like company have decided to file I-140 & I-485 concurrently and are doing AOS...

I believe they need to file the I-140 within 180 days of PERM approval otherwise the approval will expire. (I could be wrong though). We are all British citizens and are in the EB2 category so...

Next is the I-140 (Petition for Alien Worker) for husband and I-485 (AOS) for the 4 of us. Oh and we need to do the medical.

Still waiting to hear about the PERM application. It looks like they have jut started on June 2013 applications so we have around another 3 months to go.

Audit reviews from August 31 2012 are currently being processed according to DOL (http://icert.doleta.gov/) (Click PERM & PW Processing times for the time scales) Well that is the dates from August 5...

Updated timescale. Delay in PWD filing due to getting job description ready and confirming all of husbands qualifications/skills etc along with getting letters from all bar 1 of previous employers....

Waiting for PWD (http://www.foreignlaborcert.doleta.gov/wages.cfm) from DoL. Lawyers advised us it would take about 4 weeks to get. The 4 weeks is up tomorrow but yesterday one of the lawyers advised...

We have that too. Thankfully it is something my husband got quickly and easily. A letter from his manager and producer, who no longer work there, saying what he did, skills etc. It's just a royal...
