Did they provide a quote that included IVA? Some builders do and some do not so it is always advisable to double check on that as it makes a huge difference when gaining quotes.

Very much depends on the builders attitude. My builder asked whether I wanted him to gain the license or whether I had already dealt with it. Some are more accommodating and helpful with this side...

Totally agree with Moses. Only you can really judge whether a place suits you even if there are loads of positive comments with few negatives you could end up agreeing more with the negatives than...
