The free thing isn't quite true.

When I went to get the label put into my new passport a couple of weeks ago, they had to check a list to see whether or not they'd charge me $60. Apparently...

Ooops. $263.45 according to credit card statement.

Wondering if I got a $4 discount because it takes an extra day for the passport to get out here into the sticks :)
