Cheers I didn't know. They are selling cheddar slices in Tosano now, but the orangy one and in packs of 30 slices. I prefer the mature one however.

Yes please! I have never made it but it is always one of my favourite cakes. Perfect with a big mug of coffee (from a 6 Cup Moka coffee maker).

They have them on Amazon, 500g for £11.47 but I'm not sure that this is a good price.

They had some excellent Belgian chocolate topped shortcake last time round. The cheddar wasn't bad either. I also got some blackcurrant cordial too.

Went to the US Army base in Vicenza today. It's got a shopping mall inside and it felt like I was in America. Everything was priced in US dollars with no sales taxes so a lot cheaper than elsewhere...
