Even if other countries around the world don't 100% legalize it, at least copy what the Netherlands has been doing since 1976, i.e.- possession of up to 5 grams for personal use is OK but the rozzers...

If he will be using CBD oil, it’ll likely come in a dropper bottle. The packaging might specify how much CBD is in a single drop. From there, you can figure out how many drops he will need to use.

I ate two 5mg government made cannabis cookies a few nights ago. They knocked me out. I think they got the potency wrong.
