Today was the 'soft' launch, with very few carefully selected trialists. Rumour has the proper launch tomorrow.



Basically if Auspost don't buck their ideas up for Amazon and do the job...

It's not that they are ignoring it, the bought Start rack after all, but that they are just cr*p at customer service. They keep trying to make the service worse with the idea that that is good...

If they rely on auspost for anything other than delivering to remote regional locations, they will be in trouble. They just aren't competent enough to be trusted.

As I pointed out before, you can hit next day delivery for 65% of the population with about 6 warehouses. That rises to 80+% if you include some larger provincial towns. The likes of FNQ will...

From the sound of it it's JB Hifi that's got the most to worry about. If they launch in the gadget market over the next 6 months, with good delivery times and prices, it's going to cut the heart out...
